Vanessa Debreczeni is often the first person clients encounter at KORE Shire Partners — and she knows exactly how to make people feel welcome. As Sales Administrator at our Bangor office, Vanessa is the warm, capable presence that keeps everything running smoothly across the team's campaigns in Menai, Illawong, Bangor, Alfords Point and Barden Ridge.

Real estate is genuinely in Vanessa's blood. Growing up as the daughter of Director Les Debreczeni — who has spent nearly 50 years in the Sutherland Shire property industry — she learned the craft from the inside. As a child she watched Les work his way through the local market, and those early lessons have shaped the way she approaches her own role: with care, local knowledge and a deep understanding of what the property journey really means to people.

Having lived in the Sutherland Shire most of her life, Vanessa knows first-hand why families are drawn to the Illawong and Menai area. Now a mother herself, she understands what matters to parents looking for the right community to raise their children — and she sees that connection every day in the familiar faces at her children's school. Many of the people she knew growing up are now clients, neighbours and friends.
