Principal Les Debreczeni is one of the Sutherland Shire's most experienced and respected real estate professionals, having dedicated 49 years of his life to the craft. Based at KORE Shire Partners in Bangor NSW 2234, Les specialises in residential sales across Illawong, Alfords Point, Menai, Bangor and Barden Ridge — and his reputation for working in the vendor's best interests is built on nearly five decades of results across the 2234 postcode.

After finishing university studies in 1974, Les was soon the co-owner of a successful agency, which expanded into 5 offices. In 1984 he helped pioneer the foundation of the Professionals Real Estate Group in NSW, in which there are now over 300 offices through Australia and overseas. An interesting fact about the beloved principal is that Les could have quite easily ended up on a different path. In his final year of an Accounting and Financial Management degree, Les took a part-time job in real estate sales to subsidise his studies, and he hasn’t looked back since! Les is an extremely hard worker, though in his spare time spends time with his family, including his 5 children and 5 grandchildren, plus the occasional drive in his 70’s sportscar.

During his time in the industry, Les has won a swag of awards, including the Rate my Agent ‘Most Recommended Agent’ for the last 4 years running. Les has also set numerous sales records but he believes nothing can top the feeling of satisfaction knowing that families achieve their real estate dreams. This feeling is only surpassed by the great sense of achievement he experiences when a client recommends him to other family members or friends.
